This commercial advertisement image is composed of two images. The sunset was sourced out and I shot the people against a blue screen in my home studio.
I then layered them together in Photoshop. Special attention was taken to assure that the directionality and color of the light on the people would seem natural for the background image.
It's pretty standard, simple stuff, but effective and efficient nonetheless.
